
Ticket Information
The Development Office have provided Magdalen alumni with a ticket link via email. Any alum who believes they have not received a booking link should contact our team and/or the Development Office.

(As of Sunday 21st December, the ticket link for current students is no longer valid and has been removed.

Current members can request tickets after the deadline but this is subject to availability and will be charged at guest price.

Current members of the college will be able to buy one ticket for themselves (£250) and one ticket for a guest (£265) from Friday 5th December 2025 at 12pm until Friday 19th December 2025 at 6:00pm.

Payment for tickets for current members and their guests can be completed immediately by card, or otherwise will be expected during Hilary term. Full details of the payment process will be provided in due course. Any ticket holder must be over the age of 18. Guests will not be able to buy their own tickets.
If you would like to bring more than one guest, there will likely be a subsequent ticket ballot after alumni sales have ended, though owing to tickets being oversubscribed this is not guaranteed.
Confirmation of the details surrounding the ticket ballot will be announced during the week commencing Monday 19th January (after alumni sales have ended on Tuesday 20th January).

Names on guest tickets can be changed for free until the 27th of May. Between the 28th of May and the 17th of June, the change will incur a cost of £10. After this date no name changes for guests will be permitted. The name on any member ticket cannot be changed at any point, and instead you should contact the committee and enquire about a refund.
